Designed by distiller Cameron Mackenzie (with inspiration from his mum’s pudding recipe!), this release has become a cult classic.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Christmas pudding, orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, dried fruit and piney juniper.
Palate: Rich, full-flavoured and silky with dried figs, plum pudding, vanilla, spice and subtle muscat sweetness wrapped around classic Four Pillars citrus-juniper core.
Finish: Long, warming and spice-driven with festive dried fruit lingering.
