About The Gin

Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin is an overproof gin made for cocktails, but it still keeps a smooth, polished feel in the glass. It is built with native finger limes and fresh ginger in the botanical basket, while turmeric adds extra weight and an earthy edge to the palate. The style is powerful, juicy and clean, with plenty of intensity and structure for a martini, negroni or a more robust G&T.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Lime curd, pine needles, fragrant spice and lifted citrus oils.

Palate: Intense and full-bodied, with juicy citrus, fresh ginger, earthy turmeric and a clean botanical core.

Finish: Long, spicy and warming, with lingering citrus, earthiness and a crisp dry edge. 

Serving Suggestions

Serve over ice with a premium tonic, lime leaf and a slice of ginger, or use it in a martini, gimlet or other gin forward cocktails where its extra intensity can really show.
