Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin & Soda is a light, lively ready to drink highball built around the house’s Fresh Yuzu Gin and clean sparkling soda. It was released as Four Pillars’ first canned RTD using soda instead of tonic, giving it a brighter, drier and more refreshing profile. Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin & Soda uses a concentrated Fresh Yuzu Gin base with boosted yuzu character, so it feels crisp and citrusy while still carrying enough flavour and structure to stand out in the glass. 

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Fresh yuzu zest, lifted citrus and light juniper.

Palate: Bright and clean, with plenty of yuzu flavour, crisp soda freshness and a light gin backbone.
