Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin is a bright, citrus driven Australian dry gin built around the distinctive flavour of locally grown yuzu. After several limited edition trial runs, the distillery made it a permanent release, refining the style into a gin that feels vibrant, fresh and highly expressive. It brings together the brightness of yuzu with a classic dry gin backbone, making it both lively and versatile in the glass.
