It is a lo fi, skin contact style that brings together freshness, texture and bright natural energy, with fermentation on skins helping build extra shape and character through the palate. This is a lively, modern Australian Chenin that feels bright, savoury and highly drinkable.

Aroma: White florals, lemon citrus and a lifted saline edge.

Palate: Bright and textural, with citrus drive, gentle skinsy grip and a fresh, mineral feel through the middle palate.

Finish: Crisp, savoury and persistent, with lively acidity and a clean coastal line.
