The 2021 vintage shows lifted red berry fruit, floral perfume and subtle spice, with a succulent, medium weight palate and the fine tension that makes Aloxe Corton so compelling. This is a refined, age worthy Pinot Noir with both elegance and quiet power.

About the Winery / Producer / Region

Domaine Follin Arbelet is a family estate based in Aloxe Corton, founded in 1993 by Franck Follin Arbelet after family vineyard holdings were brought back under estate control. The domaine is now closely associated with careful vineyard work, traditional élevage and finely detailed Côte de Beaune reds. Aloxe Corton sits at the northern end of the Côte de Beaune on the hill of Corton, where Premier Cru Pinot Noir often combines perfume, structure and long cellaring potential. 

Cellaring Potential

This is built to reward patience. The 2021 vintage should cellar beautifully, with the structure and balance to evolve well over the medium to long term. A drinking window from around 2031 onward is a sensible guide for this wine under good conditions.
