Domaine Dujac Morey-Saint-Denis 2023 is a beautifully poised Côte de Nuits Pinot Noir with perfume, purity and quiet depth. The 2023 vintage shows bright red fruit, floral lift and a fine, savoury mineral line, with the kind of precision and textural finesse that have made Dujac one of Burgundy’s benchmark domaines. This is a polished village wine with immediate charm, but also the balance and structure to evolve beautifully in bottle.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Red cherry, raspberry, rose petal and subtle spice.

Palate: Supple and precise, with bright red fruit, lively acidity and fine tannins carrying a gentle savoury complexity.

Finish: Clean, mineral and persistent, with lingering floral notes and fine structure through the close.

About the Winery / Producer / Region

Domaine Dujac is one of the great names of Morey-Saint-Denis. Founded by Jacques Seysses in 1968, the estate has grown from its original small holding into one of Burgundy’s most admired family domaines, now run by the next generation. Morey-Saint-Denis sits in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, and Dujac’s village bottling draws from six plots at the foot of the slope around the village, helping give the wine both aromatic finesse and layered site character. Whole cluster fermentation remains a hallmark of the domaine’s style, contributing lift, texture and subtle structural grip.

Cellaring Potential

Drinking beautifully now for its freshness and perfume, with enough balance and structure to reward medium term cellaring under good conditions. This is a village Burgundy with the shape to gain extra savoury complexity over time.
