The 2019 vintage was outstanding in Burgundy, producing wines of depth, aromatic lift, and balance. Brothers Marc and Alexandre Bachelet craft this wine with meticulous care, organic farming, low yields, and gentle vinification techniques result in a wine that’s elegant, detailed, and true to its terroir. Ideal with duck breast, roast chicken, mushroom risotto, or soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert. Serve slightly chilled at 14–16°C.
