Pale straw in the glass, it opens with lifted aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and subtle flint, supported by hints of nougat and cashew. The palate is precise and mineral-driven, offering layers of stone fruit, citrus, and gentle oak, with bright acidity and a savoury edge providing drive and length. A modern, expressive Chardonnay perfect with seafood, roasted poultry, or creamy pasta.

Whole-bunch pressed and fermented with 100% mlf in both stainless steel and older French oak. Bottled without fining or filtration. A deepish, bright green gold. Aromas of fully ripe orchard fruits, a little fresh guava even and some lemon verbena. Luscious, in a good way, on the palate, backed up by a fine vein of acidity. A gentle pithiness on the finish.
