From the makers of the world's most awarded Margarita (it's us by the way), there's a new kid in town and that kid is getting jal-ap-eno business.
Beautiful and authentic fresh lime juice jumps into the palate with our inimitably balanced, grassy tequila riding shotgun. Rapid and exciting spice comes bailing in hard behind like a featured extra in a spaghetti western, all guns blazing with lots of noise and plenty to say. We have incorporated Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia) extract that we make ourselves into the blend. If you're wondering why we've decided on having the most of the Ghost, it's because after many months of palate challenging testing we found that ghost peppers do exactly as it says on the stem - arrive quickly, terrify your tongue and then disappear as if they were simply made up to sell more tickets to your mouth. The inclusion of Scorpion, Reaper, and Habanero wasn't just to sound tough (although it does), but to add a compelling mouth feel and lingering but not over-the-top chilli sensation that makes this cocktail a moreish and an exciting sensory occasion.
