Corryton Burge Pinot Gris 2025 is fresh, juicy and really easy to enjoy. Pear and red apple are front and centre, with peach, citrus zest and a little floral lift giving it plenty of brightness. It has a softer, more rounded feel than Pinot Grigio, but still finishes dry and refreshing.

There is a nice slippery texture through the palate, with musk, quince and a hint of rosewater adding a bit more interest. The acidity keeps everything fresh without making the wine feel sharp, so it is a great option if you like whites with flavour and texture but still want something clean and easy to drink.

Palate: Juicy and smooth with pear, apple, peach, quince and a soft creamy texture.

About The Winery

Corryton Burge is a sixth generation family wine label with deep roots in the Barossa, led by siblings Trent and Amelia Burge. The name combines the Burge family history with Corryton Park, the family’s historic Eden Valley homestead.

For this Pinot Gris, the fruit comes from the cooler Adelaide Hills, which gives the wine its fresh pear and citrus character while still allowing plenty of ripe fruit and texture to develop.

It is exactly the sort of white that works when you want something fresh and easy, but with a little more softness and generosity than a lean, crisp style.
