Tasting Notes

Aroma: Blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with notes of cedar, pencil shavings, violet and subtle spice.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with concentrated dark fruit, graphite, savoury herbs and elegant oak.
Finish: Long, silky and structured with fine tannins and a lingering mineral edge.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

Perfect with roast beef, lamb cutlets, duck, cassoulet, mushroom dishes or aged hard cheese. Serve at 16–18°C and allow a short decant.
