About The Brewery

Camba Bavaria is based in Seeon in Bavaria and has built a strong reputation for combining traditional German brewing with a more modern craft approach.

The Weissbier sits firmly on the traditional side of the range. It is brewed in the classic Bavarian style, with wheat malt and top fermenting yeast creating the familiar banana, clove and soft fruit character.

The result is fresh, smooth and very easy to enjoy. Bavaria has been making this style for a very long time, and there is really no need to complicate a good thing.

Serving Suggestions

A natural match with roast chicken, pork, sausages, soft cheeses and lighter German style dishes.

It also works well with fresh salads, mild curries and seafood, where the soft fruit and gentle spice keep everything nicely balanced.
