Aroma: Lemon zest, lime leaf, green apple, white florals and a hint of sea spray.
Palate: Fresh, crunchy and vibrant with citrus, pear, light tropical notes and a subtle saline edge. Lovely mid-palate texture without losing tightness.
Finish: Clean, bright and refreshing with lingering citrus and mineral lift.

Ideal with prawns, oysters, calamari, grilled fish, pesto pasta, zucchini fritters or goat cheese. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
