Crafted in the Ica Valley by Bodega San Isidro, Barsol is a celebrated pioneer in modern Peruvian Pisco since 2002.Produced in small batches with the traditional pot still method—distilled to bottle strength,this Pisco is pure expression without added water or flavoring.
Tasting Notes
Expect a gentle yet complex nose of pear, red apple, fresh spices, pastry, cream, cacao, and citrus zest. The palate follows with ripe pear, red grape, roasted nuts, dried apricot, dark chocolate, and hints of cereal, finishing elegantly long and round.
