Banks Brewing is a small family owned brewery based in Seaford in Melbourne’s south east, led by Chris and Penny Farmer. Brewing began there in May 2016, with balance and deliciousness at the core of the brewery’s approach, and the brewery takes its name from the family dog, Banks.
