About The Beer

Banks Brewing Casual Fridays is a 6.6% California IPA brewed in Seaford and packed into a 500ml can. Framed as a “California sun soaked West Coast IPA,” built around bright passionfruit, pineapple and grapefruit notes with a crisp, piney backbone, giving it plenty of hop character while keeping the finish clean and refreshing.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Lifted passionfruit, pineapple and fresh grapefruit.

Palate: Bright, juicy hop flavour with a clean West Coast edge and plenty of citrusy energy.

Finish: Crisp, piney and refreshing, with enough bitterness to keep it classic and balanced.

Banks Brewing is a small independent family owned brewery based in Seaford in Melbourne’s south east. Chris and Penny Farmer lead the brewery, which began brewing at its Seaford home in May 2016, with “balance & deliciousness” described as core principles behind the range.
