Bakery Hill Double Wood Single Malt Whisky 46% 500ml is a rich and layered Australian single malt that shows how beautifully oak can shape the Bakery Hill house style. It begins in American oak ex bourbon barrels for up to seven years, building smooth vanilla and honeyed malt notes, before being transferred to virgin French oak ex wine casks for extra spice, richness and depth.

The result is a complex but very approachable whisky, with apricot, coconut, plum, golden syrup, plum pudding, orange marmalade, nougat and well balanced oak. It is warm, generous and beautifully suited to slow sipping.
