House of Arras Blanc de Blancs NV is an elegant Tasmanian sparkling made entirely from Chardonnay, with bright citrus fruit, fine bubbles and the savoury complexity that makes Arras such a standout producer. It is fresh and energetic, but there is also enough texture and richness to make it feel polished and complete.

Expect grapefruit pith and lemon curd alongside fresh sourdough, subtle creamy notes and a delicate saline edge. Extended tirage maturation adds depth and complexity while retaining excellent freshness, creating a Blanc de Blancs with impressive poise and balance.

Cellaring Potential
