About the Winery / Region
Maison Joseph Drouhin is one of Burgundy’s most respected family domaines, founded in 1880 and still run by the Drouhin family today. Their Vaudon label celebrates their historic presence in Chablis, where they farm with organic and biodynamic principles. The region’s famed Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in ancient marine fossils, impart the signature oyster-shell minerality that defines true Chablis. Drouhin’s commitment to finesse, low intervention and terroir expression shines through in every glass.
