Lively, floral, and refreshingly dry, Soumah Ai Fiori Rosé 2022 brings the sun-kissed spirit of the Yarra Valley straight to your glass.

Crafted on Soumah’s Gruyere estate, this Italian-inspired rosato blends rare Marzemino with Cabernet Sauvignon, briefly left on skins before a wild-yeast barrel ferment. The result is a brilliant salmon-pink wine whose breezy summer-flower perfume meets juicy pomegranate and wild strawberry on a zesty, citrus-leaf finish.

Perfect with char-grilled prawns, prosciutto-wrapped melon, Niçoise salad or a simple board of soft cheeses drizzled with olive oil. The wine’s bright acidity cuts through salt, spice and creamy textures alike. Chill it down, pop the screw-cap, and pair with your favourite antipasti platter.

Aroma: Summer wild-flowers, cranberry and rose-hip tea.

Palate: Pomegranate, wild strawberry and a whisper of spice glide across a silken texture, lifted by mouth-watering lime-zest acidity.

Finish: Bone-dry, crisp and citrus-leaf fresh.
