Antonio Pinot Grigio 2025 750ml

“Fresh Veneto Pinot Grigio with pear, red apple, white flowers and a crisp mineral finish.”

Antonio Pinot Grigio 2025 is a bright, polished Italian white with plenty of classic Pinot Grigio freshness, but enough texture and flavour to keep it well clear of bland territory.

Pear and red apple lead the way, followed by white flowers, citrus, a touch of almond and gentle spice. The palate is smooth and nicely rounded, with fresh acidity and subtle mineral notes carrying everything through to a clean, dry finish. Antonio Fattori's 2025 Pinot Grigio is made from 100% Pinot Grigio in Veneto and classified as DOC delle Venezie.

This is a proper northern Italian Pinot Grigio from a producer who has been working with the variety long before it became fashionable. It has the freshness you want from the style, but with more texture and personality than many simple Pinot Grigios.

About The Winery

Antonio Fattori is a third generation grower and winemaker based in Veneto, with family vineyards around Terrossa and the hills near Soave. The family has been growing grapes in the area since the early twentieth century, with Antonio continuing the focus on classic local white varieties and Pinot Grigio.

The 2025 Pinot Grigio comes from northern Italy and carries the DOC delle Venezie classification. The style is fresh and elegant, showing pear, apple and citrus alongside a little extra texture and mineral character.

It is exactly the sort of Pinot Grigio that reminds you why the variety became so popular in the first place. Fresh, uncomplicated and easy to enjoy, but with enough going on to make the second glass feel completely justified.

Cellaring Potential

Antonio Pinot Grigio 2025 is best enjoyed while its fruit and freshness are at their brightest.
