Louis Michel & Fils Séchets Chablis Premier Cru 2022 is a refined, terroir led Chardonnay that showcases the cooler, more linear side of Chablis. Sourced from the Séchets Premier Cru climat, it delivers crystalline fruit, tension and a saline, limestone edge. Fermented and matured without oak, the focus is firmly on site expression, freshness and finesse , an elegant Premier Cru that rewards attention and time.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Lemon zest, green apple and white peach with hints of crushed oyster shell and chalk.
Palate: Taut and focused with citrus and stone fruit framed by incisive acidity and a mineral backbone.
Finish: Long, dry and saline with lingering chalky precision.

Serving Suggestions

Serve at 10–12°C. Allow time in the glass to reveal additional mineral and floral nuances.

Louis Michel & Fils is a historic family estate founded in 1850, now led by the sixth generation in the heart of Chablis.
