About the Winery

Founded by Elena Brooks, Dandelion Vineyards brings together old-vine fruit and minimal-intervention winemaking to craft expressive, terroir-driven wines. Their Eden Valley Rieslings come from ancient soils and elevated vineyards in South Australia’s Barossa region producing wines known for their floral intensity, minerality, and longevity. Dandelion’s sustainable practices and focus on hand-tended vines result in wines of clarity and character.

Cellaring Potential

Delicious now but capable of developing stunning complexity over 10–15 years (2024–2039), revealing notes of honey, toast, and lime curd with age.
