Crafted by the ever-innovative winemaker Jo Marsh in Victoria’s Alpine Valleys, this wine captures the Mediterranean charm of Vermentino through a cool-climate lens: crisp citrus, saline minerality, and a touch of texture that makes it perfect for food pairing or sipping on its own.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Fresh aromas of lemon zest, pear, and green apple with hints of sea spray and white florals.
Palate: Lively and textural with notes of lime, melon, and a savoury almond edge adding complexity.

The Vermentino thrives in this cool climate, producing a wine that’s crisp yet layered , a perfect balance of vibrancy and texture.
