Rosso Antico is a classic Italian aperitivo with rich herbal character, soft sweetness and a pleasantly bitter finish. Made from selected white wines and a blend of 33 botanicals, it sits beautifully between vermouth and aperitivo, offering depth, spice and citrus lift.

It is smooth, aromatic and wonderfully versatile, perfect over ice with a slice of orange, mixed with soda, or used in classic cocktails such as a Negroni, Americano or Manhattan style serve.

Its style reflects the classic Italian tradition of aromatised wine, where wine is infused with herbs, roots, flowers, citrus and spices to create a drink that can be enjoyed before a meal or used in cocktails.

The recipe is built around selected wines and a complex botanical blend, including wormwood, which gives the drink its vermouth character and balanced bitter edge. The result is aromatic, smooth and gently sweet, with enough herbal depth to work beautifully in classic cocktails.
