Sourced from the elevated Robinsons Vineyard in Tuerong, this wine balances purity of fruit with subtle oak, saline minerality and finely tuned acidity. Aroma: White peach, lemon curd and nectarine with hints of flint, almond meal and subtle struck match.

Palate: Medium-bodied and layered, showing citrus and stone fruit, gentle creaminess and a firm mineral backbone.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

Onannon Wines is a highly regarded Mornington Peninsula producer led by winemaker Simon Black, known for crafting wines of purity, restraint and site expression. Robinsons Vineyard sits in Tuerong, one of Mornington’s most respected sub-regions, where elevation, cooling bay breezes and ancient soils deliver Chardonnay with tension, natural acidity and mineral complexity. Onannon’s low intervention philosophy and meticulous vineyard sourcing allow the character of each site to shine clearly.
Cellaring Potential
Drinking beautifully now, but will reward patience. Cellar confidently until 2033 for added depth, nutty complexity and seamless texture.
