Crafted in the heart of Gascony, Delord Bas-Armagnac VSOP 5 Years is a superb introduction to the world of fine Armagnac. Distilled from traditional grape varieties including Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche, this VSOP has been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of five years, offering a balanced and approachable character with refined complexity.

Glossy, burnished copper in colour. The plump bouquet offers notes of toffee apple, date, liquorice all sorts, vanilla and cocoa. A silky entry builds into a semi sweet, softly spiced, medium bodied style that’s very raisin and fruit cake like; a little broad at mid palate, though pleasantly spicy and with overall excellent balance. Finishes medium dry with an exceptionally long vanilla, raisin and cinnamon aftertaste. Delord VSOP is a classic French brandy perfect for both seasoned connoisseurs and curious newcomers.
