Bakery Hill Blend Whisky is the first blended whisky release from Bakery Hill Distillery, bringing together selected Bakery Hill single malts with pure Australian grain spirit. The blend is matured for up to 10 years in American oak bourbon casks, creating a smooth, rounded and easy drinking Australian whisky with plenty of malt depth and gentle oak sweetness.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a rich but approachable whisky, made for those who enjoy a softer style with flavour and balance. It also secured a Silver Medal at the 2024 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Clean oak, vanilla, honey, cereal, citrus peel and soft malt.

Palate: Smooth and rounded with honey, toasted grain, citrus, vanilla, light caramel and gentle bourbon cask sweetness.

Finish: Warm and balanced with lingering malt, oak, honey and soft spice.
