Soumah D’Soumah Nebbiolo Bianco 2025 is a fresh, vibrant take on one of Italy’s most iconic red varieties crafted as a white wine. Pressed gently and fermented cool, it captures Nebbiolo’s perfume and structure but delivers it in a zesty, mineral-driven, ultra-refreshing style. A modern, textural white perfect for adventurous drinkers and lovers of aromatic, food-friendly wines.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Lifted notes of white peach, citrus blossom, pear skin and hints of rose petal and spice, unmistakably Nebbiolo, but in a fresher register.

Palate: Crisp and lively with citrus, stone fruit, subtle red-fruit hints and a fine, chalky texture. Mid-palate weight is beautifully balanced by bright acidity.

Finish: Long, dry and delicately savoury, with lingering minerality and floral lift.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

A superb match with seafood, sashimi, creamy pasta, prosciutto, roast chicken, or soft cheeses. Serve chilled (8–10°C) to highlight its fragrance and texture.
