This refined Pinot Noir from Mornington Peninsula perfectly captures the elegant and lively characteristics of a cool-climate wine. Using hand-harvested grapes and wild yeasts, it is gently destemmed and then matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak to enhance its texture while maintaining the fruit's integrity.
Fragrant scents of red cherry, wild strawberry, and rose petal are layered with subtle spice, forest floor, and a hint of oak toast. The palate is expressive and silky, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a savory undertone that adds complexity and length. Local deliveries are delivered directly by our store. Delivery is usually the same day if order is placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am will be next day delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders of only Beer/Cider, Mixers and/or soft drink including slabs will attract a delivery fee and can only be ordered under local deliveries or Click & Collect.
