Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is one of the distillery’s most recognisable releases, built by steeping Rare Dry Gin with local cool climate Shiraz grapes. What began as an experiment has become a cult favourite, balancing sweet fruit with bright gin botanicals in a style that feels rich, vibrant and seriously drinkable. 

Tasting Notes

Serving Suggestions

Serve over ice with tonic and a wedge of orange or lemon, or use in a spritz, gin and soda or a brighter Negroni style serve. Its fruit weight and spice also make it a very easy gin to enjoy simply over ice.
