Rich, smooth, and full of classic Barossa character, Corryton Burge Shiraz 2023 is a medium to full-bodied red that highlights the best of South Australia’s flagship variety. Deep purple in colour, it opens with rich aromas of black berry, plum, and a hint of spice. The palate is generous and fruit-forward, offering flavours of black cherry, mulberry, and dark chocolate, supported by velvety tannins and a warm, persistent finish.
Produced by the sixth-generation Burge family, this Shiraz expresses their deep-rooted winemaking expertise and passion. Pair it with grilled meats, hearty stews, or a rich charcuterie board for a perfect match.

Deep crimson in the glass with aromas of macerated blood plum, blackberry and black cherry fruits. Hints of mixed spice, olive tapenade, choc-mint, roasting meats, dark chocolate and turned earth. Plenty of fruit depth here. Tannins, too, are assertive, perhaps lacking a little resolution but there is good value and plenty of drinking pleasure here.

Local deliveries are delivered directly by our store. Delivery is usually the same day if order is placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am will be next day delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders of only Beer/Cider, Mixers and/or soft drink including slabs will attract a delivery fee and can only be ordered under local deliveries or Click & Collect.
