Wolf Of The Willows Rocky Road S'Mores Man Barrel Aged Pastry Milk Stout is a decadent pastry milk stout filled with chocolate, marshmallow, cherry and warming whisky character. Inspired by rocky road and toasted s'mores, it brings together chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla, cherry and sweet biscuit flavours in a smooth, dessert inspired beer.

Tasmanian whisky barrel character adds warming notes of vanilla, coconut, gentle spice and oak. Despite its indulgent profile, the beer remains balanced and approachable at 6.0% ABV, making it a great choice for those who enjoy creative dark beers with plenty of flavour and personality.

Aroma: Chocolate, vanilla, toasted marshmallow, cherry and subtle whisky.

Palate: Smooth and creamy, with layers of milk chocolate, caramel, biscuit, marshmallow and ripe cherry.

About The Brewery, History And Region

Wolf Of The Willows is an independent, family owned brewery founded by Scotty and Renae McKinnon in 2014. The brewery began with the release of its XPA before developing a wider range that now includes refreshing lagers, hop driven ales and ambitious barrel aged dark beers.

The name Wolf Of The Willows comes from an old description of wild hop vines growing around willow trees. The vigorous vines were said to twist around and overwhelm the trees like a wolf among a flock, inspiring the Latin name Lupus Salictarius.

Today the brewery operates from Mordialloc in Melbourne’s bayside region, where its brewery and taproom have become a popular local destination. Wolf Of The Willows remains proudly family owned and focused on small batch beers with bold flavour, quality and character.
