Rocky Ridge X Coffee Heads Down The Rabbit Hole White Stout is a silky White Stout with bold coffee, rich mocha, vanilla and gentle sweetness. It pours a surprising clear golden colour with a bright white head, yet delivers the roasted flavours and creamy richness you would normally expect from a much darker stout.

Coffee beans, cacao and vanilla create layers of espresso, milk chocolate and smooth mocha flavour. Lactose brings a soft sweetness and creamy texture, while the finish stays rounded and balanced without any harsh roasted edges.

This is a fun and genuinely different beer for those who enjoy coffee stouts, dessert inspired releases and beers that taste completely different from how they look.

About The Brewery And Region

Rocky Ridge Brewing Co is an independent family owned brewery based on a working farm in Jindong, Western Australia. Founded in 2017, the brewery started with a simple goal of making seriously good beer while caring for the land and community around it.

The brewery sits between Busselton and Cowaramup in the Margaret River region. Its rural home gives Rocky Ridge plenty of room to brew, experiment and develop beers ranging from crisp lagers and modern IPAs to creative speciality releases like Down The Rabbit Hole.

Rocky Ridge is also known for its strong commitment to sustainability. Its Jindong brewery operates using solar power and locally sourced water, reflecting the brewery’s belief that great beer should be made with as little environmental impact as possible.

Down The Rabbit Hole was created with Coffee Heads and shows the playful side of Rocky Ridge beautifully. It looks like a golden ale but drinks like a creamy coffee stout, delivering plenty of flavour while remaining smooth and surprisingly approachable.
