From the red Cambrian soils of Heathcote, this Shiraz is crafted with precision by the Kennedy family, blending traditional winemaking with a modern, restrained touch that delivers both approachability and cellaring potential.

Aroma: Aromatic blackberry, plum, and violet with hints of spice, pepper, and subtle oak.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with juicy black fruits, fine-grained tannins, and earthy depth.
Finish: Long and balanced, finishing with dark chocolate, graphite, and savoury spice.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

Perfect alongside slow-cooked lamb shoulder, beef ribs, roasted mushrooms, or aged cheddar. Decant for one hour before serving at 18°C to enhance its structure and aromatic complexity.
