Tasting Notes

Aroma: Intense blackberry, plum and black cherry layered with dark chocolate, liquorice, star anise and toasted oak.
Palate: Full-bodied and deeply concentrated, offering plush black fruits, spice-laden tannins, espresso, cocoa and savoury complexity.
Finish: Long, commanding and beautifully structured with immense depth and dark, lingering power.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

Best with rich, flavour-packed dishes: slow-roasted lamb shoulder, wagyu beef, venison, charred ribeye or mushroom ragu. Decant for at least 2 hours before serving at 16–18°C.
