Tasting Notes:
Bright ruby in color, this wine opens with fragrant aromas of sour cherry, raspberry, and dried herbs, layered with a hint of spice and earthy undertones. The palate is medium-bodied with a juicy core of red berries, fine tannins, and a fresh, lingering finish.

Winemaking:
Hand-picked fruit, wild fermentation, and a restrained use of oak highlight the natural character of the grape. The 2022 vintage was shaped by a cool, even growing season—ideal for preserving Sangiovese’s hallmark acidity and aromatic lift.

Food Pairing:
An ideal companion to wood-fired pizza, grilled lamb, tomato-based pasta dishes, and charcuterie.
