About the Winery / Producer / Region

Mr. Mick Wines is named after the late K.H. “Mr Mick” Knappstein, a Clare Valley wine figure and mentor to Tim Adams. The wines continue Mr Mick’s ethos, approachable, reliable and made to be enjoyed often, with the brand home at Dominic Street in Clare. 
For the 2025 Rosé, the fruit was grown specifically for rosé at the Rogers vineyard, with Grenache and Sangiovese harvested for freshness, pressed quickly to minimise colour extraction, then fermented separately at cool temperatures before blending.
