Tasting Notes

Aroma: Blackberry, plum and black cherry with hints of pepper, liquorice and gentle earth.

Serving Suggestions
Serve at 16–18°C. Decanting isn’t essential, but a short splash of air will lift the aromatics.
About the Winery / Region
E. Guigal was founded in 1946 in Ampuis and has become one of the Rhône Valley’s most respected producers. Renowned for meticulous vineyard sourcing and élevage, Guigal brings the same attention to detail to its Côtes du Rhône as it does to its top single vineyard wines. The 2022 blend draws primarily from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grown across the southern Rhône, delivering balance, spice and regional authenticity.
