Te Mata Estate Gamay Noir 2025 is a bright, modern take on Beaujolais inspired Gamay, made as a single vineyard wine from Te Mata’s Woodthorpe Terraces in Hawke’s Bay. First introduced by Te Mata in 1995, this bottling is built for pure drink now joy, vibrant aromatics, silky texture, and a fresh, spice flecked finish.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Candied cherries, Turkish delight and bubble gum, with floral lift.

Palate: Ripe raspberries and cherry syrup with powder light tannins and gentle cinnamon/nutmeg spice.

Finish: Smooth, lively and persistent, with a bright, moreish close.

Serving Suggestions

Great with charcuterie and terrines, tapas, roast chicken, duck, mushroom dishes, BBQ sausages, or mildly spiced plates,think cumin, paprika, soy/ginger.
