Tar & Roses was founded by Italian-born winemaker Heathcote winery Tar & Roses (Italian influence led by Saverio Schiano di Cola), with a clear focus on translating Italian varieties through Australian sites. Based in Heathcote, Victoria, the winery is known for balance, restraint and site expression. Their Pinot Grigio reflects this philosophy,drawing on Italian inspiration while expressing local conditions with clarity and finesse.
