Deep, elegant, and layered, Mount Mary Triolet 2021 expresses the soul of the Yarra Valley’s finest vineyards. A sophisticated blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Muscadelle, it reveals a delicate bouquet of lime, nashi pear, guava, and passionfruit, intertwined with notes of white florals, lemongrass, and a hint of flinty minerality. The medium-bodied palate is well-structured and refined, offering a wonderful texture alongside pure stone fruit flavours and a creamy depth from extended lees contact. Balanced acidity brings energy and length to the finish, making it a perfect match for seafood, creamy cheeses, or roast chicken.

A 65/25/10% blend of sauvignon blanc/semillon/muscadelle. Crushed and destemmed with 20% whole bunches in the press. Barrel fermented and matured for 11 months in seasoned barriques. A stunning Triolet with its aromas of greengages, white nectarine, Meyer lemon, lemongrass and jasmine. There's a hint of sandalwood coming from the oak. Seductive, powerful and restrained.
