Aroma: Plum, black cherry and blackberry with hints of bay leaf, cedar and gentle spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied and finely textured, showing dark berries, subtle savoury notes and smooth, integrated tannins.

Food Pairing / Serving Suggestions

Ideal with roast chicken, lamb cutlets, duck, mushroom dishes, pasta bolognese or a classic cheese board. Serve at 16–18°C.
