Made from certified organic vineyards in McLaren Vale, this Shiraz is all about purity of fruit and sense of place. The 2022 vintage delivers concentrated aromas of blackberry, plum, and dark cherry, layered with hints of earth, spice, and smooth, integrated oak. Full-bodied yet balanced, the palate is velvety and structured, with ripe tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Perfect with barbecued meats, mushroom pie, or a strong aged cheddar.
Sustainably grown and skillfully crafted, this is Shiraz with both power and polish.
