Pucara Pisco Italia is a refined Peruvian pisco made from the aromatic Italia grape. Crystal clear, fragrant and beautifully expressive, it captures the lifted floral and tropical fruit character that makes Italia pisco such a distinctive style.

Expect citrus honey, exotic fruits, delicate florals and a smooth, clean palate with long persistence. It is bright enough for classic cocktails such as a Pisco Sour or Chilcano, but also polished enough to sip neat when you want to appreciate the grape character.

Aroma: Citrus honey, white flowers, tropical fruit, fresh grape, orange blossom and light herbal notes.

Palate: Smooth and aromatic with exotic fruit, citrus, delicate sweetness, grape purity and gentle herbal lift.

Finish: Clean and persistent with lingering florals, citrus honey and soft warming spirit.

Serving Suggestions

Serve neat in a small glass, over ice, or use in premium pisco cocktails. It is excellent in a Pisco Sour, Chilcano, Pisco Punch or a bright citrus led spritz.
