Sourced from select vineyards across the Côte d’Or, Saône-et-Loire, and Yonne, this wine reflects a harmonious blend of terroirs, resulting in a balanced and approachable expression of Burgundy's winemaking tradition.
Tasting Notes
Color: Brilliant ruby with subtle purple hues.
Aroma: Inviting notes of ripe red berries, including raspberry and blackcurrant, complemented by hints of cherry and delicate floral undertones.
Palate: Light to medium-bodied with flavors of red cherry and winter strawberry, interwoven with subtle dried herbs, earth, and spice. The wine's fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity lead to a savory, lingering finish.
Winemaking Details
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Alcohol Content: 12.5% ABV
Fermentation: Grapes are sorted, de-stemmed, and gently transferred to vats without pumping. A cold maceration at 10°C precedes fermentation, which lasts 18–20 days with daily punch-downs.
Aging: Matured for 10 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity and freshness.
