Moorooduc Devils Bend Creek Pinot Noir 2025 is a bright, juicy Mornington Peninsula Pinot with plenty of charm. Strawberry and red cherry come through straight away, with rose petal, spice and a slightly savoury edge giving the wine a little more depth. It is fresh, silky and very easy to enjoy without feeling simple.

The palate brings together red and black cherry with tangy blood orange and gentle spice. There is lovely freshness through the middle, while fine tannins keep everything neat and balanced. This is a great introduction to Moorooduc Estate and a really approachable example of Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Strawberry, red cherry, rose petal and gentle spice.

Palate: Light to medium bodied with red and black cherry, tangy blood orange, bright acidity and fine silky tannins.

Finish: Fresh and lively with lingering cherry, citrus, spice and a subtle savoury edge.

About The Winery

Moorooduc Estate is a small family run winery on the Mornington Peninsula, established by Richard and Jill McIntyre in 1982. Over the years it has built an excellent reputation for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a style that focuses on balance, texture and regional character.

Devils Bend Creek is the more approachable Pinot Noir in the Moorooduc range, offering plenty of bright fruit and freshness while still showing the savoury detail and finesse the estate is known for. It is the sort of Pinot that works just as well for a relaxed night at home as it does when you want something a little more special.
