This Pecorino pours a striking straw-yellow with green highlights. The nose unfolds with fresh peach, green apple, jasmine, and acacia blossom. On the palate, bright citrus, lime and lemon merges with orchard fruits like melon and peach. A vibrant minerality and balanced acidity lead to a long, fruity finish, making it compellingly fresh and lively.

Winemaking & Terroir

Sourced from hilly vineyards near the Adriatic coast in Chieti, the grapes undergo gentle cryo‑maceration and cold settling before low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel. The wine matures on fine lees for three months, preserving freshness and structure.
