About the Winery / Region

Sentio, led by noted winemaker Chris Catlow, has become one of Victoria’s most exciting small producers. Based in Beechworth, Catlow sources premium parcels from top cool-climate Victorian vineyards, crafting wines of purity, texture, and restraint. His commitment to minimal intervention and precision elevates lesser-known varieties like Aligoté, giving them new life in Australian terroir.
